We invest in U.S. multifamily, hotels & resorts, single family rentals, and golf course communities with the following criteria:

  • 90-400 units or guest rooms

  • Individual assets or portfolio, (fee simple)

  • Class A and B++ multifamily

  • Lifestyle boutique hotels, (urban/Top 20 MSA)

  • Upscale golf course communities/private club membership and or JV's preferred

  • Single Family Rentals and Build To Rent Homes:  top 25 MSA

  • ​Existing preferred; ground up considered

  • Unencumbered by brand and management

  • $20m to $150m (acquisition price)
